Order process
The easiest way to order your World Medical Card is to click on the green order/enroll tab on the upper left corner on our website.
By clicking on the order/enroll you will initiate a wizard that will guide you through a few simple steps to register the content that you wish to display in your World Medical Card.

Health status (diagnoses, medications and allergies in drop-down menus) |

Other relevant information you wish to display (blood group, eye prescription, insurance numbers etc) |

Choose password. It is important that you remember the password to enable access to your personal onWeb account. |

|
Your personal onWeb account has now been activated and may be accessed through Member Login on our website. Your World Medical Card will be sent to you within two weeks. |

|
If you decide that your medical data should be completed by your physician, please print the form and send it to your local World Medical Center. |
