WMCard onWeb

WMCard onWeb is your personal health portal where you have access to all your registered data.

You log on to your personal onWeb account by using your Member ID and password. From here you may edit and update your information, send it to your mobile phone, or order a new card. You can also choose to add medical history, additional emergency contacts, family members, physicians, vaccinations and other relevant information.

You may also give a medical doctor read-only access to the information, by using the “Medical Access”. Access code and pin provided inside WMCard
