onCard
onCard contains personal medical information inside a sealed card. The information is readable in clear text, and also in international medical codes, set by the World Health Organization (WHO).
onCard is sealed, but can easily be opened when needed.
 The card may contain:
- Emergency contacts (next of kin)
- Your position on organ donation
- Allergies
- Diagnoses
- Medications
- Blood type
- Medical history
- Other information
Keep your onCard together with your credit cards and other ID-cards. This will ensure that medical personnel will be able to locate your onCard without delay.
You can register your card information on our home page through ORDER/ENROLL, or you can fill in a registration form and submit via postal service.
